We are currently looking to add a 3D Production Artist to our team in Jackson, TN. This role is responsible for managing the development and maintenance of digital assets, optimizes workflows, and identifies opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for continuous improvement. This position combines technical proficiency with creative vision to develop 3D renderings that align with brand standards and enhance customer engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop photo-realistic 3D product visualizations and lifestyle imagery to support wholesale marketing and brand objectives.
  • Apply advanced skills in materials, lighting, and texturing to ensure accuracy and realism across high- and low-poly workflows.
  • Maintain consistency in visual outputs by adhering to established photo and brand guidelines.
  • Organize and manage a digital asset library to ensure accessibility, version control, and consistency of rendered materials.
  • Analyze consumer, market, and customer insights to produce visualizations that align with company objectives and audience expectations.
  • Research and propose innovative visualization technologies, such as real-time rendering or AI-driven texturing, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with photographers, industrial designers, brand managers, product teams, and sales teams to ensure projects meet strategic goals and timelines.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encourage open communication to support seamless project execution.
  • Manage multiple projects independently, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills to proactively address challenges and develop solutions that support business objectives.
  • Lead planning sessions to coordinate visualization projects, set priorities, and encourage team collaboration.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g. Blender, Redshift).
  • Understanding of photo-realistic materials, textures, and lighting techniques.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems and project management tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market and consumer insights to inform visual strategies.
  • · Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to receive and integrate feedback.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics programs preferred.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in 3D Modeling, Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in 3D modeling, product visualization, or a related role.
  • Experience in wholesale or B2B marketing is preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable working in an office setting with occasional requirements to visit manufacturing facilities or field sites.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
