We are seeking an Administrative Assistance to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer and vendor contact information into CRM program
  • Create and post pictures and videos for social media
  • Maintain inventory and assist with packaging
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and assist customers with orders
  • Maintain customer files
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

 

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Shipping experience a plus!
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Creative with advertising and instructional marketing
  • Likes a small company environment
  • Ability to work with team or independently
