Job Title: Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Job Summary:
KTE Services is seeking motivated and skilled Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join a dynamic and growing anesthesia team in Milwaukee, WI. Whether you're an experienced provider or a recent graduate, this role offers excellent growth potential, a collaborative team atmosphere, and flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Position Overview:
As a CAA, you will work under the supervision of anesthesiologists in a care-team model, providing anesthesia for a broad spectrum of surgical procedures-excluding cardiac. The supervision ratio typically ranges from 1:3 to 1:4, ensuring manageable workloads and collaborative team dynamics. There is no call required, and optional opportunities may be available for those interested in regional anesthesia.

Schedule Options:

  • 7 shifts of 70 hours biweekly

  • 4 shifts of 10 hours weekly

  • 3 shifts of 13 hours weekly

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $200,000 annually with a salary review in January 2025

  • Overtime Pay: $200/hour for hours worked beyond 40 (block system)

  • Earning Potential: Unlimited, with ample open shifts available

  • Vacation: 160 hours (20 days) of vacation starting on day one

  • Sick Leave: 56 hours (7 days) annually

  • Continuing Education: 40 paid CE hours per year

  • Paid Holidays: 8 per year

  • Retirement Plan: 403(b) with a 6% mandatory contribution and an 8% employer match after two years (vested immediately)

  • Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered

  • Sign-On Bonus: $30,000

  • Relocation Assistance: Available
