Position Summary
The ANA is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support our Marketing Capabilities Council and other Talent events and content. This role will support the SVP/Global Lead, Talent Practice in event management (virtual & in-person), communications relevant to the Marketing L&D industry, and supporting other events or projects as assigned. S/he will also support broader Talent Practice functions, alongside a broader team. This individual must be organized, a self-starter, and able to handle multiple tasks accurately and on time. Must have initiative and a proven work ethic; strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage their time. MS Office Suite skills are required, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Power Point. In addition, the ideal candidate will also share our team values: exceptional customer service, commitment to quality, desire to achieve, supportive collaboration, humor, and making work fun.

Starting pay range: $55,500 to $57,500, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
