Body Tech- needs experience and ICAR certified .
The Automotive Technician is responsible for repairing various types of vehicles, ensuring that all work is performed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate must possess an ICAR (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair body work
Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve vehicle issues
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Follow all safety protocols and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current ICAR certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive technician
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and software
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
