In our contemporary office setting, you'll collaborate in a professional atmosphere featuring state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and ergonomic workstations. On the manufacturing floor, you'll find a cutting-edge plastic injection molding plant where precision and innovation come together. While we ensure top-notch quality in component production, you may occasionally notice mild odors and temperature variations typical of the manufacturing process. Safety is a top priority, with stringent protocols in place to ensure a secure workplace.

Some of the responsibilities of Automation Technician may include:

* Maintain and Repair Automation Systems: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automated systems and machinery to minimize downtime.
* Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems related to automated equipment and control systems.
* Support Production: Collaborate with production teams to optimize the performance of automated systems and ensure seamless operation.
* Document Work: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system updates.
* Implement Improvements: Assist in the implementation of upgrades and improvements to automation systems. Requirements/Responsibilities

Automation Technician Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in automation, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical diagrams.
* Strong understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), robotics, and other automation systems.
* Certification in automation technology, electronics, or a related field is a plus.
* Familiarity with automation software and tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Basic knowledge of inventory control practices.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
