About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to provide executive-level leadership and oversight of its human resources operations and workforce strategies. The CPO will be responsible for establishing and ensuring the effective execution of HR programs and policies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and values. This includes areas such as employment, diversity, equity, and inclusion, compensation and benefits, employee relations, workforce planning and development, and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws, fostering a culture of safety, and optimizing employee engagement and performance to support the company's growth strategy. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a Master's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, with 8-10 years' of experience in a similar role. The role requires a leader who can motivate and develop a team of HR professionals, serve as a trusted counsel to the Executive Leadership Team, and anticipate and respond to the competitive landscape and industry trends. The CPO will also be involved in growth-related activities that impact people operations, such as acquisitions and large-scale expansion. A comprehensive approach to measuring employee engagement and a commitment to being an employer of choice are essential. While not mandatory, previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
