About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Program Officer (CPO) to join its executive team and lead the strategic and operational oversight of its transformative programs. The CPO will be responsible for program innovation, design, implementation, and impact measurement, with a focus on empowering individuals in the food industry. This senior executive will provide leadership to the program team, ensuring that the organization's mission is advanced through high-quality, data-driven, and innovative programming. The role involves direct supervision of key program areas, setting and tracking program and staff goals, and maintaining program operations that meet the expectations of various stakeholders. The CPO will also be involved in fundraising and fiscal management, partnering with other senior leaders to support the organization's financial sustainability. The successful candidate will be a relationship-builder, with a positive attitude, and a self-directed, mission-driven individual who can effectively engage with the Board of Directors and various advisory boards.
