Mission & About Us Hale Kipa provides opportunities and environments that strengthen and encourage youth, their families and communities to actualize their potential and social responsibility. Since 1970, Hale Kipa has championed Hawai'i's youth and children. We provide youth outreach, independent living facilities, therapeutic foster care, a haven for runaways, and more. Role Overview The primary purpose of this position is to manage and maintain a hydroponic farming system, ensuring its safe, efficient, and productive operation. This role also includes the development and implementation of a limited-scale aina and aquaponic farming practices. The position supports sustainable agriculture efforts through hands-on system oversight, basic infrastructure upkeep, and innovation in alternative food production methods.
