We set each member up for success by providing comprehensive, highly specialized training for each position within our organization complete with on-the-job training and ongoing personal development Job Description: As a Ford Certified/High-Tech Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles using the latest technology and tools. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and their vehicles are running at their best. You’ll work with a skilled team in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and quality. Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles, including powertrains, electrical systems, and high-tech systems (e.g., advanced drive assistance systems, infotainment, hybrid/electric powertrains).
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, equipment, and Fords proprietary software
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Stay up to date with the latest Ford technologies, service bulletins, and recall information
  • Work with service advisors to communicate issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of Ford dealership experience
  • 2 years of extensive Ford electrical diagnostics/repair, module programming/diagnosis, interior trim work,etc
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
  • Must be Ford certified in the following: electrical systems (34), electronic systems (39), hybrid/high voltage systems (43), and high voltage battery repair (44 – preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
