Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid (Denver Metro Area) – In-office at least 1 day per week (RiNo neighborhood)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay range: $85k–$105k per year

UnionHub is looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to help develop and maintain our innovative software solutions within Azure services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in . NET , C#, and React , with experience building robust, scalable applications. In this role, you will work closely with our team of engineers to create cutting-edge software within Azure, leveraging .NET 8 and modern front-end technologies like React. You’ll collaborate across teams to build new features, optimize existing systems, and help shape the future of our platform. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining web applications, participating in architectural discussions, and contributing to testing and deployment efforts.

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team and drive the development of scalable, high-performance features across our platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping both the front-end user experience and the back-end architecture, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless and impactful solutions. We're looking for someone with at least a few years of professional development experience to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using C#, .NET 8, and React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Work within Azure services to deploy and manage applications.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and deploy APIs for core platform functionality.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our development processes.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and the future growth of our software ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with SQL and data manipulation.
  • Ability and drive to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • DevOps experience in either an operations or engineering role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent expertise gained through on-site learning, self-taught experience, or completion of reputable bootcamps.
  • Proficiency in git and experience with branch management.
  • Familiarity with MVC concepts and 3 tier architecture (BAL and DAL)
  • Strong communication skills, with high level of response and ability to provide timely input, as project timelines, agile sprints, and user feedback loops often depend on quick, clear communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on an agile team
  • Experience utilizing Azure Devops
  • Experience with designing and implementing data access layers, particularly using tools like Dapper, to efficiently interact with databases while maintaining clean and modular code architecture.
  • Bonus if has experience in the Payments or Insurance industry
  • Bonus if has experience working with Selenium or Azure
