Role Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant experience, managing food production, guest service, and team management
• Manage People processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
• Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budgets, and food costs
• Ensure food safety standards are met and maintained
• Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
• Oversee operational needs, including maintenance, to meet standards of excellence

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred
• Passion for service and helping others
• 1+ years of leadership or military experience
• Commitment to workplace safety and excellence
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
