We’re looking for an experienced Head of Capital Markets to join Arc’s team as we experience high growth. You will quarterback the Capital function, including building the team and growing platform and deal placement fee revenue. This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy and growth, working directly with Arc’s entire executive team.

What You'll Accomplish Here

  • Manage Capital Lead team to high performance and work product standards.

  • Hire and train new team members.

  • Qualify prospective borrower applicants sourced by originations team.

  • Staff new deals to individual Capital Leads and quarterback all transactions to close.

  • Ensure team is creating high quality borrower and lender facing presentations.

  • Expand capital marketplace originations and lender coverage across new verticals

  • Cross-sell banking to borrowers.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years experience in capital markets / private credit.

  • Experience as a vice president or above at a private credit fund or bank, focused on executing private credit transactions.

  • Ability to “wear multiple hats” as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization.

  • Exceptional written and communication skills, with an ability to work quickly with little oversight.

  • A big picture thinker who can execute at the deal level while steering their business unit at a strategic level.

  • Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential.

  • Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic.
