Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment funds law. Experience with private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds. Knowledge of secondary transactions and structuring carry vehicles preferred. Previous experience in an AmLaw 100 firm is a plus. Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage client relationships. Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where the position is located. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
