We are seeking a skilled and innovative technology professional to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions aligned with architectural and business objectives. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic execution to support enterprise-wide initiatives while upholding industry and security standards.

• Apply deep technical expertise to ensure tools, documentation, and processes are in place to support technology operations across the organization.

• Execute engineering strategies for tool adoption and automation of build, test, release, and configuration processes across application, platform, and infrastructure layers.

• Partner with operations and development teams to integrate automation and self-service capabilities into application and infrastructure release processes.

• Collaborate across technology groups to identify and leverage synergies that meet evolving business needs.

• Act as a subject matter expert and change leader for managed platforms and services.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends, collaborating with vendors and peers to assess opportunities.

• Interpret client needs, assess complex requirements, and recommend innovative solutions.

• Apply internal and industry best practices to enhance engineering efficiency and solution quality.

• Monitor and manage project costs within your scope of work.

• Liaise with governance, compliance, and risk groups to provide expertise and support audit and regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to vendor negotiations and third-party agreements.

• Identify emerging technologies and contribute to building robust platform capabilities.

• Stay abreast of industry developments and enhance expertise in your technical domain.

• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

• Foster a collaborative, service-oriented work environment that supports innovation and team growth.

• Collaborate with vendor professional services and internal IT/security teams during workshops and solution design phases.

• Implement and operationalize SASE solutions, including ZTNA, SD-WAN, and Secure Web Gateway (SWG).

• Lead pilot rollouts, perform extended testing, and ensure stable infrastructure integration.

• Develop and maintain detailed operational documentation to support SASE platform maturity.

• Provide troubleshooting and implementation support.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enable successful solution adoption by internal teams.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

• Align SASE implementation strategies with organizational goals through close collaboration with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, security, or network engineering.

• Proven experience implementing and supporting SASE, SD-WAN, and related technologies.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
