Job Description: Requirement/Must Have: Strong HANA ABAP experience including CDS views, AMDPs, OData services, and performance optimization. Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA RISE architecture including SLAs and service boundaries. Hands-on knowledge of SAP Fiori apps, configuration, and troubleshooting. Basic HANA BASIS understanding including sizing, patches, and coordination. Good knowledge of technical components like PI/PO, BTP, CPI, IDOCs, workflows. Overview of SAP GRC Access Control, role management, and compliance processes. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience: 10+ years of SAP experience including lead/managerial technical roles. Experience in leading AMS teams and resolving cross-functional integration issues. Prior exposure to regulated or compliance-driven industries preferred.
