Role Overview The Senior Product Manager – Ecommerce PDP is a dynamic leader responsible for driving revenue and profitability by leading the evolution of our Product Detail Page (PDP) experience. This role is critical in driving product discovery, conversion, and user engagement across our eCommerce platform. As the owner of one of the most impactful parts of the customer journey, you’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PDP, working closely with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. how you will make an impact: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Product Detail Page, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain a compelling product vision for the PDP that aligns with customer needs, business goals, and cross-functional priorities. Analyze customer behavior and data to identify opportunities to enhance the PDP experience and drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive, responsive, and accessible PDP layouts that optimize for desktop and mobile. Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements, balancing technical feasibility with business value. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), using A/B testing, user research, and data analytics to iterate quickly and learn from customer feedback. Stay current with eCommerce trends, competitor experiences, and industry innovations to inform and inspire product development. what you bring to the team: Deep understanding of eCommerce customer navigation patterns, and expertise in how users and customers leverage the product detail page Excellent partnership with UX design in creating delightful experiences Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making, including proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Understanding of the Sports apparel market, online shopping behavior, and competitive landscape Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals. Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading and motivating cross functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric mindset. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex situations. The salary for this position is between $160,000 and $200,000 per year, in compliance with California’s salary transparency requirements. This range reflects the expected compensation based on qualifications, experience, and location.
