Your Mission:
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in helping the Chinese American Service League (CASL) attract and retain top talent to support our community-focused initiatives. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of roles—from frontline positions to leadership—ensuring CASL continues to build a workforce reflective of its values of inclusivity, empowerment, and collaboration.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Partner supports the development and execution of CASL’s recruitment strategy with a strong emphasis on sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement. The role works cross-functionally to understand departmental workforce needs, with an awareness of succession planning considerations, while delivering a seamless, human-centric candidate experience. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Partner contributes to building scalable talent acquisition systems, workflows, and practices that align with CASL’s operational goals and the ongoing success of its impactful programs.
