Location: Bartlett, Illinois
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM + Occasional Saturday Hours
Status:$27.00 Direct Hire | Full-Time

We’re hiring a Tool Repair / Mold Repair Technician to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you know your way around an injection mold, can read a blueprint without breaking a sweat, and want long-term stability, this is your role.
Job Purpose:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molds (tooling) to keep production moving and quality high.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair injection molds based on work orders and priority list
Perform cleaning and routine maintenance on molds
Operate toolroom machinery (grinders, lathes, overhead crane, etc.)
Maintain accurate documentation daily
Provide improvement feedback for mold repair process
Support fellow tool room teammates when needed
Work overtime and Saturdays when required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent OR 5 years of relevant experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working on your feet for extended periods
Safe and skilled with hand tools, cranes, hoists, and power equipment
Calm under pressure and a team player
Bonus Points:
Experience in an injection molding toolroom
Familiarity with IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 standards
